well san fransisco (CA) art academy has a great fashion program. i went to their fashion show and all the clothes were designed and made by the student graduates. they also have summer programs for high schoolers
Get through high school with a good GPA (3.7+), get a good ACT or SAT score, and get into a good college.
Basically study hard, and keep a good basis in art, but don’t think that just because you’re designing clothes that you can slack off in school - you can’t slack, unless you want to fail.
You need more practice before you can become succesful. Try sewing those outfits you’ve designed and wear them. Lots of designers sew the outfits they designed. If you were some company, would you choose a designer that sews the clothes and makes them real, or a designer who just can draw good?
